Founder Kateland Cunningham is an actor, singer, goal coach, and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles Ca.

After graduating with her Master's of Music she realized success in the real world - outside of the classroom - is not based on skill and willpower alone.

Not one to sit back and wait for the next opportunity, she set to finding a way to build her ideal career.

In gaining experience, she quickly came to realize other artists in her community, with brilliant and creative ideas, struggled to get their careers and ideas off the ground, much in the same way she had.
